ACE Leadership Hub
A structured journey that forms people to lead lasting positive change.
The ACE Fellowship is a faith-driven formation journey that equips people with the character, competence, and compassion to lead in their families, workplaces, and communities.
A journey for people who want more than information.
It is designed to form how people think, relate, decide, and lead.
Through guided learning, mentorship, reflection, and real-world practice, Fellows are equipped to take responsibility for their lives, build strong relationships, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
This is not a course. It is a formation pathway.
Many people navigate life without the formation to lead well.
Many people are expected to navigate responsibility, relationships, conflict, and leadership without the support or formation needed to do so well. The result is often:
- Strained relationships
- Unclear direction
- Unresolved conflict
- Untapped potential
- Weakened families and communities
The ACE Fellowship exists to change this.
We equip people with the formation and support needed to lead well in everyday life, not just in theory.
Built on three core capacities.
Agency
Taking ownership of life, decisions, and direction.
Collaboration
Building trust, navigating differences, and working effectively with others.
Empathy
Understanding others, responding with compassion, and leading with integrity.
These are developed alongside faith-based reflection that strengthens identity, purpose, and values.
A guided journey, five integrated phases.
Entry & Orientation
Participants are placed into small cohort groups and introduced to the ACE Framework.
Foundation Formation
