1. Our Commitment
ACE Leadership Hub (“ACE”) respects the privacy of individuals who visit our website, participate in our programmes, or use our assessments and related services. We handle personal information for legitimate purposes, apply appropriate safeguards, and comply with applicable data protection laws.
This Policy explains how ACE collects, uses, protects, and discloses personal information.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with ACE, we may collect information you provide, including your name, contact details, registration information, assessment responses, and programme-related information. We may also collect relevant technical information about website use, including device information, usage data, and cookie-related information.
ACE seeks to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
3. How We Use Personal Information
ACE may use personal information to administer registrations, assessments, training, and other services; generate and deliver individual assessment reports; communicate with participants; maintain the security and operation of our services; and meet applicable legal obligations or pursue legitimate interests where permitted by law.
Where required, ACE will obtain consent or establish another lawful basis for processing personal information. ACE may also collect, preserve, use, or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, cooperate with competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities, or protect legal rights and safety. ACE will assess such requests and disclose only what is legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted.
4. Assessment Confidentiality
Individual assessment reports are intended for the participant concerned. ACE does not routinely disclose an individual’s report or assessment responses to employers, family members, sponsors, other participants, or unrelated third parties.
Disclosure may occur with the participant’s specific and valid authorization, where required or permitted by law, or under another legally recognized exception, including lawful demands from competent authorities.
Participants should ensure their contact details are accurate and take appropriate care when accessing or sharing their reports.
ACE assessments support personal development, learning, and leadership growth. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not clinical diagnoses, guarantees of performance, or substitutes for professional advice. Results should be interpreted in light of the assessment’s purpose, limitations, and relevant context.
