Dr. Daniel Ade-Peters is a faith-driven strategic leadership expert, speaker, and author with over two decades of experience helping leaders unlock potential, navigate complexity, and create meaningful impact. He equips individuals and organizations to think bigger, lead with clarity, and drive lasting transformation.
His work sits at the intersection of leadership, negotiation, and personal development. As a speaker, coach, and advisor, he helps leaders and institutions move beyond limitations toward clarity, alignment, and stronger decision-making. Drawing on deep experience in dispute resolution and executive advisory work, he supports leaders in resolving complexity and strengthening collaboration.
He has led multinational dispute resolution initiatives, managed complex negotiations, and advised organizations on governance, risk, and compliance. His approach blends strategic thinking with emotional intelligence, enabling leaders to navigate conflict while building sustainable outcomes.
A legal practitioner and dispute resolution expert, he holds an MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management, a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Lagos, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Corporate Governance. He is an Accredited Mediator and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
As founder of Ace Leadership Hub, Dr. Ade-Peters has trained and mentored more than a thousand emerging leaders through coaching, workshops, and structured development programs. His work is grounded in a core conviction: empathy is essential in leadership. He helps people build the character, confidence, and capacity required to lead effectively.
Beyond his professional work, he supports individuals through defining life seasons via pastoral leadership, counseling, and mentoring. His writing explores identity, purpose, and the possibility of renewal regardless of past experience.
He leads with the belief that spiritual depth strengthens professional excellence. That purpose is inherent, growth is continuous and challenges can become catalysts for transformation.
Based between Nigeria and Ontario, Dr. Ade-Peters is a husband, father, and lifelong student of leadership, growth, and human potential. He remains committed to living the principles he teaches and helping others become the fullest expression of who they are meant to be.
