ACE Leadership Hub is governed by a multidisciplinary, cross-cultural Advisory Board and operates through a distributed network of facilitators, programme leaders, strategic partners, and volunteers.
This leadership ecosystem provides strategic governance, institutional oversight, programme direction, curriculum development and delivery, partnership stewardship, and community engagement — ensuring the effective design and implementation of initiatives that develop principled leaders and drive sustainable social impact across diverse communities.

YoungMinds Impact Club (YIC)
YoungMinds Impact Club was founded as a leadership and mentorship platform, developing young leaders whose influence now spans Africa, the United Kingdom, and North America. It became the foundation of all subsequent work in leadership formation.
Crystallising the Formation Phase
YIC expanded its influence through consistent teaching, mentoring, and leadership development across informal and emerging networks, gradually refining the principles that would later evolve into a structured framework for leadership formation.
The Turning Point
We formally deepened leadership training and development work, equipping teams and emerging leaders with practical tools for growth and influence. This period clarified a core belief: every person carries untapped potential, and intentional processes are required to draw it out into meaningful impact.
ACE Is Formed
The ACE framework — Agency, Collaboration, and Empathy — was established as a clear and structured model for leadership formation and personal development.
Regional Expansion
ACE programmes expanded through virtual platforms, reaching leaders across multiple countries and forming a growing international community.
Transition to NGO
As engagement expanded beyond structured programmes into broader community impact, ACE transitioned into a non-profit model to deepen service, expand access, and strengthen public benefit.

Mentorship, leadership sessions, and social development initiatives increased significantly, extending reach beyond formal institutions into wider communities.
